Task: conducting training for managers of a retail chain of stores.

Solution: trainers have automated training for managers in feedback techniques via TELLSY.
TELLSY made possible to make many processes automatic for trainers, for example: participants registration, conducted admission testing in advance and transferred each training block into a digital TELLSY script, including materials from the presentation; during the lead - gave the participants instructions, guided group discussions and practiced target skills through role plays and individual practice exercises. Participants received all instructions, case studies and necessary materials on their phones or read them on a projector screen. The trainer switched activities in TELLSY using several buttons on the screen of his phone. This system management mode is called the TELLSY clicker, and is needed to work with a group without the support of a TELLSY curator.

During the training, the trainer never used a flipchart or paper handout.

At the end of the training, the trainer asked the participants to fill out a feedback form in TELLSY and uploaded the results of the participants' work with tables and graphs with one click.

Result: automation of the routine processes of the event and, as a result, saving time for working through the personal cases of the participants and practicing target skills in each of the exercises. And the final automatic preparation of the report allowed us to spend more time on other work tasks.
