Task: AstraZeneca's medical representatives conduct a role-play on practicing a visit to the doctor regularly at the cyclic conference. It was necessary to transfer the role-playing game from face-to-face to remote, to automate it, to preserve the conditions of face-to-face format.
Solution: 400 people simultaneously developed their sales skills, receiving instant feedback from colleagues, without going on a business trip and being at their workplaces in different cities. At Tellsy, participants were assigned roles, assigned to pairs or groups, studied cases and connected to the Skype for business meeting room with their partner for further practice. Between rounds, the trainer discussed with the participants the results of the feedback questionnaire, instantly receiving them from Tellsy.
