Task: the federal digital company was looking for new directions for business development and planned a creative session for this purpose.
Solution: With Tellsy's help, the participants first performed a series of exercises to warm up creative thinking and cognitive flexibility, filling the pool with ideas on different issues or receiving instructions on their phone screens.
After that the participants split into groups in a random way. The point-by-point groups described associations with the future of the company, then a vote was held to determine the points from the image of the future in the paradigm of each of the groups that received majority support.
At the next stage, the participants of the session generated possible ways to achieve the collected image of the future using the collection of opinions based on Tellsy and prescribed specific steps in the fields of the interface of the digital tool within each of the selected directions.
Result: brainstorming and gathering opinions with a large number of participants helped to develop a strategy for the development of new business areas of the company and formulate concrete steps to achieve it.
